How do I track my order?

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and deliver within 1-2 business days of placement.

In the shipping email, you will find detailed tracking information to follow the progress of your order. Simply use the tracking information provided to track your package via our shipping partner's website.

Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to reach you. We do our utmost to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible, with care and attention to every step of the way.

How do I request a return?

Making a return is easy! Here’s what you need to do:

  1. Please send an email to info@soflier.com within 14 days of receiving your order, stating that you wish to exchange one or more products.
  2. Our team will promptly provide you with return instructions.
  3. Please follow the instructions provided to complete the return process.
What is the return policy?

We have a 14 day return period in which the customer can return his or her package without giving a reason. These 14 days start at the moment the package is received.
